CD Improvements installed two structural beams in the ceiling to ensure structural integrity, a clean ceiling, while adding approximately 32 square feet to make room for a sprawling 4x8 island. The original tile floors were removed and replaced with oak hardwood floors - stained to match the existing floors throughout the first floor.
In addition to new cabinets and quartz countertops, the client chose to bring more light into their kitchen with triple windows and a larger sliding door.
The new layout now provides the client with the storage and functionality that their family can enjoy for years to come.
